Yes,that is Kampala with thieves snatching mobile phones, necklaces and watches, yes, pickpocketing even shoplifting.. and telling lies on phone...am in Nairobi while in Kamwokya..that is Kampala our Kampala could trade it for the world unknown out there, even a much worse world!!!!!!!
